By accessing or using the MedExtract API and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
MedExtract provides an API for extracting structured lab results from medical report documents, mapping them to LOINC codes, and outputting FHIR R4-compliant data. The service processes documents in real-time and does not store document content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any documents sent to our API. You must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish and European legislation.
While we strive for high accuracy, automated extraction is not infallible. Results should always be reviewed by qualified healthcare professionals before clinical use. We do not provide medical advice, and our output is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.
We aim to maintain the uptime SLA specified in your plan tier. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedExtract shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to clinical decisions made based on API output.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the legislation of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
